OliveLine Service (3 months)
During this period, you can ask questions at any time using OliveLine.
*OliveLine application procedure
1. Please read the procedure and notes for how to ask questions below carefully, fill in the necessary information on the application form, and then submit it. Please download the application form from here .
2. We will send you an invoice along with a confirmation email.
3. Please make a bank transfer based on the invoice. The transfer destination will be a bank in Spain.
4. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you a document stating your OliveLine ID number and password, how to access the login page, and the start date and expiration date (basically 3 months) of your OliveLine service. Your OliveLine service will then begin.

*The process of how to formulate a question on OliveLine
1. The customer accesses the OliveLine page from the customer login page, inputs your question in the question form and submits it.
↓
2. CREAPASION checks your question
↓
3. CREAPASION selects a suitable researcher or expert and sends you his or her profile.
↓
4. The client responds to CREAPASION whether you agree or disagree with the person selected by CREAPASION.
(You can also specify a respondent).
↓
5. CREAPASION sends the client the responses of the agreed person.
OliveLine fees (3 months)
Fee:
*For individuals or self-employed individuals with up to 2 employees: 700 euros/3 months (for 3 months from the day after payment is confirmed)
* In the case of a company organization (by department)
1000 euros/3 months (3 months from the day after payment is confirmed)

Please be sure to read.
We will try to respond to your questions as soon as possible, but because the Spanish way of thinking about time is very different from that of other countries, it may take some time. In that case, we will inform you of the reason. In particular, we may not be able to contact the respondent during the vacation period in July and August, so please understand in advance.
Regarding the content of the questions, we will limit them to one-off questions as a general rule. If the topic requires long-term assistance, we will decline the request in advance and, if necessary, provide a separate consulting estimate.
We will do our best to resolve your question, but please understand that there may be cases where we are unable to resolve your question if it has not yet occurred in Spain or Europe.
If there are any changes to the procedure for questions or the contents of the notes, we will contact you individually.
