Concept​

Spain is the world's largest producer of olive oil. Its unwavering tradition and history of olive cultivation and olive oil production spanning more than 3,000 years guarantees the quality of its olive oil, as evidenced by the recent World Olive Oil Awards rankings.

Olive cultivation and the olive oil business in Japan have expanded rapidly in recent years. For those who work in these fields, there are small questions about cultivation, production, and other olive-related matters that arise every day, and many of them do not know who to ask. In addition, there may be concerns about overseas inquiries, such as wanting to ask questions to engineers and experts in historical producing countries, but not being able to express or explain things well, or thinking that it will take a long time to ask a question, or that they will not even reply. CREAPASION will eliminate such anxiety and uncertainty.

Since completing the “Expert in Virgin Olive Oil Tasting” course at the University of Jaén in Andalusia in 2008, CREAPASION’s representative has been able to build a wide and deep network of prominent researchers and experts working with olives.

Message from the CEO of CREAPASION

I, Tomiko Tanaka, completed the "Virgin Olive Oil Sensory Tasting" course at the prestigious University of Jaén in Andalusia in 2008. Since then, I have built a wide and deep network of renowned researchers and experts in the field of olives. As an olive oil expert, I have participated in various competitions and events as an international olive oil judge not only in Spain but also in Portugal and Lebanon. Furthermore, my many years of experience in doing business with Spaniards and dealing with administrative procedures have backed up my negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.

CreaPasion has also collaborated with international buyers in the development of products with specific specifications, sensory or physicochemical aspects that they believe will satisfy chefs, consumers and customers. CreaPasion's basic task in communication is to simplify the differences and complexities between Spain and Japan in terms of language, culture, customs, laws and procedures through a proper dialogue, leading to better solutions for both sides.

CreaPasión’s fundamental role is to better connect Spanish producers and professionals with Japanese companies and customers, acting as an expert advisor, clarifying protocols and developing commercial relations based on high aspirations, collaboration and durability.
