As a result of all these years of experience and knowledge acquired and expanded through various tastings and interactions with producers, experts, technicians and consumers, today she can receive recognition not only for sensory analysis of extra virgin olive oil, but also for overall quality evaluation.

Today, with strong and effective connections with the world of oils in other countries, she participates as an international judge in extra virgin olive oil competitions in Spain, Portugal and Greece, among others.
