Q: Can you give me the name, contact details and background of an expert I can consult with?
A: Depending on the nature of your question or query, we will select the person we consider most appropriate to provide you with detailed information. The person may be from the International Olive Council, government agencies, CSIC (Spanish Scientific Institute), PDOs, associations, official institutes, universities, accredited tasting panels, agricultural engineers, olive growers, mills, other leading chemists and experts, etc.
We cannot inform you about candidates before you have subscribed as a member or before the details of your inquiry or question have been finalized.
Q: Is it possible to provide us with statistical data on olive oil, for example, instead of expert references?
A: Apart from the OliveLine service, CREAPASION is involved in several projects related to olive oil, so please contact us separately.
Q: I have an urgent case and I am in a hurry, can you help me?
A: It depends on each case, so please contact us. However, please understand that the Spanish way of thinking about time can be very different from other countries. (In particular, July and August are vacation months, so it can be difficult to secure contact at this time of year).
Q: What is the expiration date (the period during which the service can be used)?
A: As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you a document indicating the start date and expiration date of your OliveLine subscription, along with your OliveLine ID number, password and instructions for accessing the login page. The period indicated is the period of time during which you may use the service.
Fees and costs
Q: It says 'for individuals or self-employed with up to two employees', but what is the contract if I am not incorporated, but have more than three employees?
A: If you have three or more employees, the contract is the same as for a business organization.
Q: The fees are paid to a Spanish bank, but what about transfer fees?
A: When transferring money from abroad to a Spanish bank, both the bank in the customer's country and the Spanish bank will charge a fee. Both fees are paid by the customer.
Q: I would like to pay by Paypal.
A: We do not currently accept Paypal payments. We will consider it in the future, but the time is not fixed.
Q: Can I pay with Wise?
A: It is possible to pay with Wise. Details will be shown on the invoice.
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: We are sorry, but as with Paypal, we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
